Good Morning!! Today has been a good week! No alcohol, LOTS of water (at least 1/2 a gallon of water), exercising each day for at least 30 minutes, and trying to eat well. The results are in for the week and I lost 2 pounds! While it doesnt sound like a lot, the healthiest way to lose weight is 2-3 pounds a week. I also think that while I followed my calories intake I didn't always choose the very best foods (I did have a few garlic dough nuggets the other night). That said, almost 2 pounds is fine with me. I am just going to ramp it up a big so I can be 20 pounds lighter by May 14th!
